Is it better to practice yoga or physical training?
Personally, physical training is only aimed at one's usual behavior and can't play a role in losing weight.

Compared with weight loss or yoga, the effect is better. If you add a reasonable diet, you can get twice the result with half the effort

I eat on time every morning and noon, and I should eat well. You can eat some fruit or snacks after four o'clock in the afternoon and practice yoga around six o'clock in the evening. You can drink some water properly when practicing, but you can't drink a lot. I can't eat, sit down or take a shower for half an hour after practice. If you really feel too hungry, you can drink some milk or eat some fruit. I lost 6 pounds in half a year, especially the waist and thighs were 2 cm. I still have to massage my legs, otherwise the effect of yoga will be slow.

Everything depends on perseverance. If you can do it, I believe it is you who will meet that slim woman in the street in the future ~

Just personal practical experience, I hope it will help you.
