2. According to the single building area, the second-level constructor can undertake the project leader with a single building area of less than 30,000 square meters.

3. According to the construction area of the building complex, the second-level constructor can undertake the project leader with the construction area less than 65,438+10,000 square meters.

The second-level constructor is an architectural professional qualification and a necessary condition for being a project manager. Registered construction engineer is a registered practitioner who relies on professional technology and takes project management as the core. Those who have passed the qualification examination of the second-level constructor shall be awarded the "Qualification Certificate of the Second-level Constructor in People's Republic of China (PRC)" by the Personnel Department and the Housing and Construction Department of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.

After obtaining the qualification certificate of construction engineer and registration, and obtaining the second-class construction engineer registration certificate, you can hire a registered construction engineer to practice. There are three subjects in the second-level constructor exam.

Issuing authority

On February 5, 2002, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction jointly issued the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers (No.2002 1 1), which marked the formal establishment of the qualification system for construction engineers in China. The "Regulations" clearly stipulates that China's construction engineers refer to professional and technical personnel engaged in key positions in general contracting of construction projects and construction management.

The comprehensive significance and function of the second-level constructor are similar to those of the first-level constructor. Generally speaking, there are two points. 1, Class I and Class II builders can serve as project managers of construction projects in construction enterprises with corresponding qualifications; 2. The first-class registered construction engineer can be the person in charge of large, medium and small engineering construction projects, and the second-class construction engineer can be the person in charge of small and medium engineering construction projects.
