3. According to the construction area of the building complex, the second-level constructor can undertake the project leader with the construction area less than 65,438+10,000 square meters.

The second-level constructor is an architectural professional qualification and a necessary condition for being a project manager. Registered construction engineer is a registered practitioner who relies on professional technology and takes project management as the core. Those who have passed the qualification examination of the second-level constructor shall be awarded the "Qualification Certificate of the Second-level Constructor in People's Republic of China (PRC)" by the Personnel Department and the Housing and Construction Department of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.
