In the "High-quality Development Project of Chinese Medicine Health Service", the digitalization of Chinese medicine and the construction of comprehensive statistical system have been clarified. The construction goal is to basically establish the national comprehensive statistical system of traditional Chinese medicine, the data standard and statistical system of quality information of traditional Chinese medicine, realize the standardized maturity evaluation of information interconnection in public Chinese medicine hospitals and the graded evaluation of the application level of electronic medical record system to meet the national requirements, and improve the patient's medical experience by using modern information technology.
The first construction task is to carry out the construction of smart Chinese medicine hospitals around the service requirements of "Internet+medical health" and "Five Ones" to support the convenience and benefit of the people. The second is to formulate a national comprehensive statistical system of traditional Chinese medicine, build national and provincial platforms based on existing resources, build a unified and standardized data standard and resource catalogue system, and basically build a national comprehensive statistical system of traditional Chinese medicine.
