Precautions for parachuting in Fiji
Skydiving in Fiji is safe, but there are some precautions: you must eat less, but you can't resist not eating. Wear light sportswear and sneakers, and don't wear too short hot pants. Take off your ornaments and fragile things before skydiving. Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease and serious medical history are not allowed to skydive.

Points to pay attention to when skydiving 1 and banana shape.

When falling freely, please keep the banana shape (the head needs to be tilted back, the legs need to be bent back, and the hands need to be placed on the chest to grab the parachute equipment).

After the safety umbrella is opened, your coach will pat you on the shoulder. You can spread your hands, but your body must still be banana-shaped.

Step 2 lift your legs

Before landing, please keep your legs supported and your feet up (you will land in the air for about 4-8 minutes after the parachute is opened).

Double skydiving step step 1: free fall time

You can start skydiving from 8000 feet, which is the lowest package. Of course, you can also choose other different packages: basic package (radical, 10000 feet), extreme package (extreme, 12000 feet) and legendary package (legendary, 10 feet). Going to a higher sky will not be more scary, but will bring you more wonderful fun!

Step 2: Video recording/photo taking time (this item needs to be paid separately)

The coach will take some photos of you, board the plane, leave the warehouse, fall freely, skydive and land. It also provides high-definition hand-held photography and special camera poster services for free choice and records the process of "soaring".

People who are not suitable for skydiving 1, people with deep myopia should be careful to participate in extreme sports, because rapid exercise may cause retinal congestion.

2. People with a history of mind and brain can't attend.

People who have participated in deep diving within 3.24 hours. According to PADI's diving precautions, you can't take part in skydiving.

People who weigh more than 95 kilograms can skydive, but they need to pay extra. People weighing about 95 kilograms can have a weight loss test a few days before skydiving.

5, the elderly, children, pregnant women and other special groups are not suitable.

Precautions for skydiving 1. Don't eat too much before parachuting, or people who parachuted for the first time may have vomiting symptoms.

It's best to wear a pair of sports shoes when skydiving, so that the shoes won't fly out when in the air.

Don't wear any watches, necklaces and other accessories when skydiving. These accessories are easily left behind in free fall.

4. Free falling is not terrible. When falling freely, you need to hold the parachute equipment on your chest with both hands. Think of the coach behind you as a comfortable sofa, with your head tilted back and your legs bent back, making a banana shape until the free fall is over.

The coach will pat you on the shoulder after the safety umbrella is opened. At this time, you can make flying wings or various V-shaped gestures at will.

6. When landing, stretch your legs forward as far as possible, and then gently put down your feet after the coach lands.

7. If you order videos and photos, please remember that the camera is on the coach's left hand and always look at the camera.

8. After your video or photo is completed, it will usually be sent to the front desk of the hotel in an envelope. You can pick it up at the hotel front desk. Please remember to check whether you are satisfied after receiving it.

9. On windy, rainy and cloudy days, you may have to cancel or postpone your skydiving. In this case, the skydiving company will arrange a refund or reschedule. Please don't miss a wonderful day.

10, skydiving is still a high-risk extreme sport, and it does not include personal insurance. I suggest you buy travel insurance before you travel.
