Speech for the post of President of the Young Volunteers Association (no more than 3 minutes), requirements: self-introduction, competitive intention, and work ideas.
Whenever I stand on this podium, I always think of a sentence my teacher said to me in high school, "If you think your point of view is correct, please speak up."

A classmate with the lowest score in the college entrance examination was admitted to the Chinese Department of Minjiang College. From then on, he believed that he was the luckiest person in the world.

After entering the university, he started a new life. In his freshman year, he participated in the class committee election. In the department, he participated in the recruitment of two committee directors. In the hospital, he joined the press corps. He told himself that as long as he worked hard, he would do it well. At this time a year ago, with the support of his classmates and the encouragement of his teacher, he grew up from an officer in the learning department to a young volunteer captain in the Chinese department. His first job after taking office was "summer social practice for college students". At that time, he deeply felt that the burden on his shoulders was so heavy. But he survived. At the commendation meeting at the beginning of the semester, the two teams he organized won the title of "Excellent Team in Summer Social Practice of Minjiang College" and the "Team in West Fujian" also won the honor of "Advanced Group in Social Practice in Fujian Province". He knows that this is the first provincial honor won by young volunteers of Chinese Department. He smiled and laughed for his first achievement. In the following work, he made continuous efforts, organized more than 20 volunteer activities, and more than 300 people participated in the activities he planned and organized. Sometimes when walking on campus, he hears someone muttering behind him, "This is the young volunteer captain of the Chinese Department." He will be very happy, but then he will be lost in thought, because he knows that behind the honor, this group still has many shortcomings. How to further improve the organization and system of the department, how to improve the activity enthusiasm of the players, and how to let more players be inspired and exercised in practice.

When he saw a group of 04-level veteran cadres bid farewell to this group in tears, he told himself that he couldn't cry yet, because this group needed him and he needed this group. He believes that the tears at that time are the most precious when he retires after his success next year.

He is me. Today is the 6th, and my name is Hu. Today, I stand here again and give a speech for the department I love. Sometimes many people will ask me: Shi Sheng, you have been a young volunteer captain for a year, and now you have to continue to do it. Aren't you tired? Besides, you have done a good job in the team of young volunteers. If we continue, it will be difficult to make a breakthrough. And I want to say: I still have many ideas about young volunteers, and there are still many ideals that have not been realized. I believe that after my hard work this year, I will definitely make a breakthrough next year. I firmly believe that I can not only build the young volunteers in our Chinese Department into the best volunteer group in Minjiang College, but also lead my team members out of the campus and into the society.

I love my job, I love my collective, and I love everyone who loves me. I'm Hu, today is the sixth.

Finally, once again, I sincerely wish our Chinese Department Youth League Committee, Student Union and Self-discipline Committee a better and better future. My speech is over, thank you!
