They seduce you with beautiful photos and stimulate you with seemingly casual but heartfelt words, such as "vest line is the most beautiful skirt for girls" and "how can you give up easily without mermaid line and vest line?"
After rounds of bombing, you also began to believe that the vest line is a standard for girls, and it is not a shame, so you followed "How do girls practice vest line at home?" Five steps is enough. Work hard and try to build a vest line in a month.

But recently, one thing made me give up my pursuit of vest line.
I mentioned in my previous article that I recently returned to the gym and bought private classes.
In class, I found that when I was doing hard pulling, rowing with one arm and yoga, I often felt my abdomen and back, but my waist was sore first. Or when doing some training on all fours, the body is very unstable, swaying and the pelvis is often tilted.
I asked the coach what the reason was, and he gave me a blank look and said, "The core strength is too weak."
Later, I went to a physical rehabilitation class. Even the rehabilitation coach said that my core was not enough, my abdominal muscles were too weak, my waist was too tense, and my pelvis was unstable. This is also the reason why my pelvis leaned forward and many postures were not good. Even for girls, whether the production process is smooth or not has a lot to do with the core.
I finally began to reflect, is my core strength really weak?
But wait a minute, I am a man with a vest line! How can the core strength be weak?
The excitement of this matter made me seriously think for the first time. What does the vest line mean?
The so-called vest line refers to the dividing line between the rectus abdominis in the middle of the abdomen and the oblique abdominal muscles on both sides. The middle abdominal muscle itself has a vertical line, forming a Sichuan character. Under normal circumstances, if you want to appear vest line, the body fat rate should be lower than 20%.
In other words, as long as the body fat rate is low enough, most girls can have vest lines.
This is very similar to my previous experience: from 120 kg to 100 kg, my body fat rate is about 22%, but there is still a thin layer of fat on my stomach, which makes people feel very unwilling: I have lost so much weight, why don't I work harder?
So for the vest line, I refrain from eating, calculating calories and nutrition every day, and dare not eat more. I also train very hard, five days a week, and strictly follow the fitness routine.
Do I finally have a vest line? Yes
But am I happy? Unhappy.
Every time I eat too much, I worry that the vest line will disappear. The first thing to do when you wake up every morning is to go to the mirror to see if the vest line is still there. At the same time, I am worried about whether my period will disappear.
I don't feel the sense of accomplishment and happiness after exercise brought by fitness at all. On the contrary, I feel depressed and anxious about my goals.
