Ingredients: a banana, an egg, a spoonful of coconut oil, two bags of western Australian sunshine oat fiber strips, a bag of oats every day, 10g nuts (almond pistachios), 15g dried cranberries, 10g pumpkin seeds.
Exercise:
1. Crush bananas in a bowl, add an egg and a spoonful of coconut oil and stir well.
2. Pour in two bags of western Australian sunshine oat fiber strips and a bag of daily cereal and mix well.
3. Put oatmeal into the mold with a spoon. If there is no mold, spread it on a baking tray and make a small cake.
4. Bake in the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes, take it out and put it on the baking net to cool.
