How to make seabuckthorn juice
1. Take out the pre-frozen seabuckthorn branches from the refrigerator.

2. Put seabuckthorn branches into the pot and pick seabuckthorn fruits by hand (frozen fruits are easy to pick, which is also one of the reasons for freezing). Then wash it.

3. Add 2/3 cold water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Then pour the washed seabuckthorn fruit into the pot, simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, and then turn off the heat.

4. Take a colander, pick up the seabuckthorn fruit in the pot, crush the fruit with the back of a small spoon, and let the juice leak into the pot. Then pour the seabuckthorn seeds and skins into the colander.

5. Take two teaspoons of starch, add water to boil, pour into the soup pot, stir the seabuckthorn juice while cooking with a spoon, and cook until the soup is hung with a spoon (or simmered on a small fire).

6. Take 2-3 tablespoons of white sugar (added according to personal taste) and pour it into the soup pot. Stir well with a spoon until the sugar is completely melted. Turn off the heat! Finally, add a few medlars to the boiled seabuckthorn juice to make a sweet and sour beauty drink.
