1. Training on your own copywriting knowledge.
From the point of view of sharing, there is no need to assign homework. But I insist that since I want to popularize the most basic knowledge of copywriting, I might as well use my homework to deepen their impression. The whole learning atmosphere is a bit dull. I don't know if everyone is too busy at work, or if there is nothing to learn from free teaching. Fortunately, in the process of teaching, I met a small partner who studied hard. Not only did he finish his homework in each class on time, but he also exchanged knowledge with me that he didn't understand. This makes me feel that organizing this sharing is not in vain. When I first started learning copywriting, I thought about starting my own class. Later, I felt that my teaching ability needed further study, so that I wouldn't disappoint my friends who worked for it.
With the deepening of knowledge of copywriting, I feel too ignorant and lack of knowledge. The sharing in this issue is based on several friends who want to study copywriting with me. After long consideration, I decided to hold a 7-day sharing meeting. In seven days of teaching, I learned:
① Arrange your time reasonably.
Since I have to work part-time at night, if I have classes at night. It is inevitable that there will be a phenomenon of not attending classes on time, which will leave a bad impression on the friends.
It takes a lot of time to correct homework, so arrange this time reasonably.
② Make a good syllabus in advance.
When I first started writing the syllabus, I delayed it for a few days. Originally, I wanted to improvise, but it would be more difficult for my friends to learn when I thought that every class had no focus. With the last class, I also know that my friends are weak in copywriting, and the contents of the following courses have been deleted. Knowledge doesn't need much, it lies in understanding. Only by understanding the knowledge points of each lesson can we learn the content of the next lesson well.
3 supervision.
Everyone will be easily conquered by inertia, especially now that they have to hand in their homework when they come out to study. I believe that few people can bear such great pressure to finish it. As a sharer, I hope all the friends in the group can understand every knowledge point I said. Actually, it's a little too demanding. Every time after class, you should ask me about my recent study status, my understanding of knowledge points, and why I didn't hand in my homework on time. Learning is something that needs to be done consciously, if I urge my friends to finish their homework every day. On the one hand, they are even less interested in copywriting, and on the other hand, being urged to do something shows that this thing is not what they are really interested in, so this will happen.
I'm glad that I made a breakthrough in my teaching week. At the same time, I also know that teaching is not a simple matter. You must consider this problem from multiple anxieties. For example, how can I say that my friend has a thorough understanding of the knowledge points? What kind of example should I use? I hope that if I start self-study in the future, the syllabus can be more detailed and I can always supervise everyone's learning status.
2, copywriting training camp teaching assistant work
During my 33 days as a teaching assistant in the copywriting training camp, I gained my own growth and understanding of copywriting by going up a storey still higher. Here I learned:
(1) How to comment on other people's homework will be more acceptable. Everyone can comment, but not everyone can make comments accepted. This requires learning from excellent critics to comment on others, and at the same time, you can express your own views tactfully.
(2) While commenting on other people's homework, we are also examining our own blind spots in writing copywriting. I never knew that there would be some obvious blind spots in writing a copy, so I should learn from the advantages of others to correct my shortcomings.
(3) Learn how to communicate online. It can be said that a group of friends who don't know each other communicate with each other online. It was inevitable to dawdle at first, but in the end everyone communicated in time to solve the misunderstanding.
I have gained much more from this teaching assistant. More importantly, self-awareness is becoming clearer and clearer, which is a very rare discovery. While paying attention to others, we also need to pay attention to our own changes and record every ups and downs of our emotions. This is a good time to observe yourself. This observation period is not long, one month, which is something I am interested in. I believe that if even the things I am interested in are too emotional, I still can't calm down on other things.
During this month's observation, I will adjust as soon as I find that I have emotional ups and downs. Never let your emotions affect your work. This is my working attitude all along.
