Acupoint pressing. There are six acupoints around the eyes (as shown in the figure) to combat eye fatigue, which are: Jingming (located at the junction of the inner canthus of the nasal root stage), Yaozhu (near the eye socket depression of the eyebrows), Shuyao (directly above the pupil, at the center of the eyebrows), Sizhu (at the end of the eyebrows), Temples (at the temples) and Chengqi (at the eye socket depression of the lower center). When pressing, press from Jingming point to Sizhu point in turn, and press each point with your index finger for 5 seconds, and repeat for more than 3 times.
Apply a towel. Blepharoptosis and drowsiness are manifestations of poor blood circulation in the eyes, and hot compress can be used. Put the wet towel in the microwave oven and heat it for 30~50 seconds. When it is not hot, apply it to your eyelids 1~2 minutes, which can promote blood circulation and relieve fatigue. If the eyeball is bloodshot, it means that the eye is "inflamed" and there is a signal of inflammation. At this time, cold compress with towel 1~2 minutes is appropriate.
Eyeball fuck. Staring at the computer or mobile phone for a long time, the muscles responsible for adjusting the focus of the eyes will be tired. In this case, do a set of eye gymnastics: close your eyes quickly and open them suddenly; Then keep your head still and turn your eyes to the right, left, up and down in turn. Repeat the above actions for 2~3 times.
Hyperopia. Looking up at the distance for 3~5 seconds can effectively alleviate the eye fatigue caused by long-term close-up viewing. It should be noted that looking too far is ineffective. You can look up at the ceiling or back at the wall at the other end of the room.
In addition to the four methods mentioned above, the most important thing to relieve eye fatigue is to know how to use your eyes correctly. Proper rest is very beneficial to eye health.
