The practice is as follows:
Ingredients: 5 grams of hawthorn slices, 5 jujubes, water. Exercise:
1, hawthorn and jujube are washed with boiling water, or soaked for a few seconds to remove floating dust;
2. Then add water to the pot and simmer until the water is half.
You can cook it for several days at a time and put it in the refrigerator for drinking at any time.
