What is mine warfare?
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, the soldiers and civilians in the anti-Japanese base areas adopted a kind of combat method similar to various ways to fight against the enemy. At the beginning, it was the militia who buried the cluster grenades in the place where the Japanese and puppet troops were going to pass, detonated them with ropes and killed the enemy. Later, continuous improvement, local materials, military-civilian cooperation, self-reliance to make explosives, made into various mines. There are iron, stone and pottery; Some are made of daily necessities such as pots, cans and bottles, and buried in roads, ditches, villages, wells and open places where the enemy must pass. Wherever the enemy goes, flowers are everywhere. The formation of a large-scale explosion movement poses a great threat to the enemy. This kind of combat method protects the lives and property of the people in the base area and effectively cooperates with the combat operations of the main forces.
