Method step

1. First, we turn on Storm transcoding, and then click "Add File" to add the video we want to cut.

2. When adding, it will let us choose the output format of the video. If you don't want to convert the format, then we can also choose the format of the original video.

3. Then we open the "Picture" in the position shown below, and then determine the cropping distance by adjusting "Up, Down, Left and Right" in "Picture Cropping";

4. Finally, click "Start" to transcode the storm, and the video will be cut.
