Also known as tremor paralysis. But tremor is characterized by occurring at rest and disappearing during exercise. At the same time, there are stiff, lead-tube-like and gear-like muscles with high tension and slow movement. In the early stage, fatigue and inflexibility were the main manifestations.
2. Hyperthyroidism
Many pairs of subtle tremors of upper limbs, with fast frequency. At the same time, palpitation, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, irritability, increased appetite but emaciation occur. Young women are very common. Thyroid function examination can make a definite diagnosis.
3. Idiopathic tremor
Most of them are trembling hands, which do not affect their activities in the early stage, but have an aggravating trend but are not obvious, and they can take care of themselves even when they are old. Appears when excited, and drinking alcohol can temporarily eliminate symptoms. Patients are often described as shivering when drinking wine for the first time, and the tremor disappears after drinking several times. Have a family history.
In addition, Parkinson's syndrome, Parkinson's overlap syndrome, neurosis, psychosis, motor neuron disease, hereditary ataxia, Huntington's disease, multiple system atrophy, olivopontocerebellar atrophy and other brain degenerative diseases can all be manifested as limb trembling, and the diagnosis needs to be made by a neurologist.
