How can I make myself have the perseverance to lose weight?
Running depends on perseverance. If you don't want to run, you can run occasionally and change your diet. For example, I used to add milk and eggs to bread for breakfast and rice to a dish for lunch (cooking by myself has nothing to do with lean meat, so don't eat fat meat). Eat only apples for dinner, not staple food. It doesn't matter if you're not hungry, and you don't have to eat more. You won't feel hungry all day.
