How to eat mushrooms
Fried peas with mushrooms
Ingredients: 300g peas, 8 dried mushrooms, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, 3g pepper powder, 5g salt, 3g chicken essence, water starch 15ml, salad oil and diced red pepper.
Practice steps:
1) Wash the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water, cut them into dices slightly larger than peas, soak them in water for later use, and don't throw them away.
2) Prepare the main ingredients.
