In order to promote the development of maternal and child health in our county and the health of women and children, and do a good job in maternal and child health education and publicity, a lecture on pregnancy knowledge was held in Linggen Village Cultural Auditorium recently, and more than 50 pregnant mothers and their families participated in the activity.

This lecture was given by Lv Xiaohui (Democratic Progressive Party), deputy chief physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Pingyang County People's Hospital. The pregnancy-related knowledge, such as time, items, routine health care, early pregnancy, nutrition in the second and third trimester, fetal monitoring, prenatal education, timing of delivery, prenatal preparation, etc., were carefully explained, with special emphasis on the significance and importance of prenatal screening during pregnancy, as well as the clinical manifestations and harm of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases in postpartum rehabilitation programs carried out by hospitals.

The lecture is focused, easy to understand, and the courseware content is illustrated. During the lecture, Dr. Lu interacted with pregnant mothers from time to time and won unanimous praise from pregnant mothers.
