Hua Tuo, also known as Fang, was a famous doctor in the Three Kingdoms period. When I was young, I studied abroad. Hua Tuo [1] had no idea to study medicine. He has a comprehensive medical skill, especially good at surgery. Later generations called him "the master of surgery" and "the originator of surgery". He is proficient in internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics and acupuncture, especially in surgery, and his medical footprint covers Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu and other places. He used "Mafeisan" to make the patient undergo laparotomy after anesthesia, which is the earliest record of general anesthesia surgery in the history of world medicine. And imitating the dynamic creation of tigers, deer, bears, apes, birds and other animals is called "five-bird play" to teach people to keep fit. Later, he was killed because he refused to accept Cao Cao's call-up, and his medical books were lost. Today, there are relics such as "Huatuo Temple" in Bozhou City. Hua tuo is good at medical research. The Biography of Hua Tuo in the Later Han Dynasty said that he was "proficient in the number of classics and the art of mending heaven", especially "proficient in prescriptions and medicines". People call him a "magic doctor". He once compiled his rich medical experience into a medical book called Qingnangjing, but it failed to be handed down. But it can't be said that his medical experience is completely lost. Because many of his successful students, such as Fan A, who is famous for acupuncture, wrote Materia Medica and Li Dangzhi, who wrote Materia Medica, all partially inherited his experience. As for Hua Tuo's Han Zang Jing, it was written by Song people and published in his name. But it may also include some still popular contents in Hua Tuo's works.
