Materials:
-1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless.
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper in moderation
Steps:
1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
2. In a large bowl, put the chicken pieces into the bowl.
3. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Put the chicken pieces in a steamer and steam 15-20 minutes until cooked.
5. Take out the chicken pieces and divide them into small pieces with a knife and fork.
6. Chicken nuggets can be eaten with rice or vegetables.
Tips:
The amount of salt and pepper can be adjusted according to the baby's taste and age.
-If the baby is older, try adding other vegetables or beans to increase the nutritional value.
