2. Marinate the meat sauce with a little soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and cooking wine to make the meat sauce fully tasty. Chop onion and ginger, and mix well in a large container.
3. Take a wonton skin (the wonton skin is bought in the supermarket), add a proper amount of meat stuffing, roll it to about 2/3 from top to bottom, knead both sides together, and wrap all wonton bags in turn.
4. Cook the wonton, stir it while cooking, avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot, and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
5. Wash and cut the coriander, pour in sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, and put the cooked wonton and soup into a bowl to eat.
