When we arrived at the playground, the teacher said that we would have quality training today. At first, we didn't know what quality training was, and later we knew it was devil training.
The teacher assigned us a task, let us walk in big strides, with the front legs bent 90 degrees and the back legs straight, so we walked a circle (200 meters). At first, I thought it was good, novel and fun. I walked fast, but after walking for a quarter of an hour, I was a little tired. Halfway through, my legs began to hurt and my physical strength began to overdraw. Every step requires a deep breath, and my legs are getting sore. I walked with difficulty step by step. Every step I take, I feel stinging. At the end of the game, I felt stuck. As soon as I reached the finish line, I fell down, lying on the ground, panting.
We thought it was over. Unexpectedly, at this moment, the teacher assigned a second task. At that time, we almost fainted in despair. But I can't. I must continue. The second task is to extend your left foot to the upper left first, and then hit your left foot in the air with your right foot every five steps. Watching the teacher do it is quite easy. When I started, I learned to be a teacher. Left foot extended to the upper left, right foot hit, very smooth. But after I finished, my leg fell into a dog before I could go back, and I didn't get up for a long time. I thought as I climbed: What quality training are you doing? It hurts to death. I fell down when I was walking. I was near the finish line and felt so tired that I would fall to the ground the next second. After I finished, I felt sore all over and didn't want to move.
But the pain was fine at that time, and the most painful thing was that I was sore all over for the next two days, so I couldn't exercise vigorously, which was too painful.
The painful physical education class has become our nightmare.
