Double-click to open the document file to be set, click the cloud service tab, and perform cloud processing on the current document, so that the cloud document can be backed up and slimmed down.

Select the file slimming service in the displayed cloud service list, and click to see the properties of the current document, the size of the space occupied by the document and other information of the document.

Slimming files to deal with hidden content. The following shows that there is no slimming service available, that is, the current operation cannot be performed. You can switch to other documents.

Click the option in the lower right corner of the dialog box to select other documents, and the name of the currently opened document will also be displayed in the current dialog box. Cancel the current operation and click the Cancel option.

When selecting other documents, you can click the classification navigation bar on the left to find your own document. After double-clicking, you can open the document in the current interface for slimming.

Before using the document slimming service, you need to back up your own documents to prevent them from being lost. Click Browse to select a location to save the backup document.

Sometimes you will be prompted that the current document failed to open. Click OK to close the current operation, reopen the selected document, and try several times to see if you can use the slimming service.
