A simple way: walk to work every day and have something light for dinner. This is my personal experience, effective. I reduced it from 208 kg to 160 kg. Walking has become a part of my life now, and it hasn't rebounded yet. If it's a long way to work, you can push your bike, walk and ride for a while, or take a bus at a bus stop with a certain distance. I will be very happy if my method can give you some inspiration.
