Coupled with the running time every night, some of the remedial classes I originally reported have basically been "stranded". So I had to give up. In fact, in retrospect, maybe I can reduce the amount of exercise, which should eventually achieve results. Unfortunately, I was too eager to achieve success.
The second method is dieting. I began to think about how to reduce one meal and eat only two meals a day. After careful consideration, I decided to eat a bowl of steamed eggs instead of dinner. Although I was hungry every night, the effect finally came out: I persisted for a month and my weight dropped to 98 kg. But it seems that this is the bottleneck. In the next half month, the weight is almost firmly pegged to this figure. At the same time, I began to find some phenomena in my body: for example, my face changed from rosy to dark yellow. The waistline is not small, and there is a "swimming ring" when you sit down and look down. The bust is unexpectedly small. Well, these are tolerable. But not long after, I read an article saying that there was a female white-collar worker who didn't eat dinner for a long time and changed her rice to fruit at night. As a result, she aged prematurely at a young age. This scare scared me out of dieting.
As for diet tea, diet pills and the like, I have never taken them into consideration. Because there are too many examples around me that use this method to lose weight and then rebound quickly. It seems that there is only one way left: drink milkshake. After consulting a lot of information, I almost decided to drink milkshake after seeing a living example of a fat female colleague changing from a fat girl to a hot girl after drinking milkshake. What finally stopped me was the high price of milkshakes. My old colleague told me that in order to achieve a stable effect, I have to drink at least two courses, and one course is about 2500 yuan!
After I stopped exercising and returned to a normal diet, my weight quickly recovered to 100 kg. I almost despair: Is there really no feasible way?

My weight loss method is actually a set of "combination boxing". That is to say, on the one hand, exercise, on the other hand, make the input less than the output, plus some auxiliary methods.

First, during working hours, try to stand up and exercise. The first thing after getting up every morning is to drink water and go to the toilet, and then practice radio gymnastics 10 minutes. Dancing is three times a week. After work and dinner, rest for half an hour, and then dance with the video for half an hour. My favorite dance is folk dance, which is more suitable for losing weight than other dances. Because it is not only graceful, it can stretch your body and limbs as much as possible, but also the frequency of action is not fast or slow, and the amount of exercise is moderate. Besides, I go climbing once a week on weekends.
The second strategy is to make input less than output. In fact, this is also the fundamental way to lose weight. However, if you understand it as dieting or a special diet, it is all wet.
After a long time of thinking-I won't repeat the specific thinking process, I made some adjustments to my eating habits, and there are two main measures:
A. Say goodbye to the rice and noodles for breakfast. Change it to sweet potato with lettuce, or miscellaneous grain porridge (without expanded rice) with fruit and eggs. In addition, drink a cup of soybean milk alone.
B, bought a new bowl, one size smaller than the one used before, about 7/ 10 of the original volume. Then I ate a full bowl of rice at noon without adding any more. At dinner time, there is less than a bowl of rice, leaving about110 empty. Also, don't add it after eating.
What is really complicated, I think, is the change of diet structure. And this is also the conclusion I reached after observing how milkshakes lose weight and combining my own practice.
I try to match my food with "three ingredients and seven ingredients", that is, animal protein, such as meat (excluding fat), eggs account for 30% and vegetables account for 70%. There are three auxiliary methods: one is to adjust by "drinking": get up in the morning and drink a cup of warm water, drink milk and honey one hour before going to bed at night, and drink a cup of warm water about half an hour before going to bed. Through this method, the body fluid can be kept at an appropriate concentration, which is helpful for gastrointestinal peristalsis and defecation in time; The second is to keep warm. No one should have thought of this: does keeping warm actually have something to do with losing weight? Of course it matters! Most of us ignore a phenomenon: the office where we go to work is usually air-conditioned. In other words, we are in the dry cold air under air conditioning for a long time every day. As time goes on, the cold slowly invades our bodies. Some people become cold constitution, and some people add improper diet, and cold is transformed into phlegm and dampness in the body. Once the body is cold and wet, the metabolic rate becomes slow, which is directly manifested by less defecation. We eat so much food every day, but the garbage we produce can't be discharged in time. The accumulated toxins will certainly stimulate the body to get fat. So keeping warm is also very important. Especially in summer, because of the hot weather outside, few people think of keeping warm. Finally, it is to keep enough sleep. If someone tells you that he or she has lost weight because of staying up late or going to bed late. I bet he (she) must have paid the price of endocrine disorder. If you don't believe me, you can look at other indicators of his body, such as whether his face is dark yellow, whether he has acne, whether he is energetic, and whether his menstruation is normal ... It is tantamount to "killing the goose to get the egg" by consuming more energy to lose weight in this way.
By using the above methods comprehensively, my weight dropped from the highest peak 10 1 kg to the ideal weight of 94 kg, and it was completed within 2 months (excluding the previous failure time). It's been six months now. Now I weigh myself once a week, using the same scale. Every time you weigh yourself, it's the same time period. My weight is stable at 94 kg, and the fluctuation is no more than half a catty. The "swimming ring" on the waist has finally disappeared.
