Community survey report 1 investigator:
zhao hongyan
Investigation time:
20XX May 13
Survey background:
Due to the influence of traditional culture, the family atmosphere in China is usually severe. However, harmonious parent-child relationship is the premise of harmonious family relationship. Without harmonious parent-child relationship, family harmony is impossible. When children grow up to childhood, many families have different degrees of parent-child relationship problems: children don't understand their parents' painstaking efforts, parents think their children are disobedient, children think their parents pay too much attention to their children's work, parents don't have enough family companionship, and many other parent-child problems. If this relationship is not eased, children will talk back to their parents, and the cold war between parents and children will even run away from home.
Peer group, also known as peer group, is an informal primary group composed of people with similar age, interests, hobbies, attitudes, values and social status. Nowadays, children are sent to nurseries and kindergartens at a very young age, and then they enter preschool and primary schools. Their chances of getting in touch with their peers have greatly increased. These early group activities are very important for children's development. Children can learn social skills and make new friends. Peer groups are common among children. They are in frequent contact and often get together, which has a great influence on each other. Peer group is an important environmental factor for a person's growth and development, especially in childhood, the influence of peer group is becoming more and more important, and may even surpass parents and teachers. When children gradually move from family to society, the first thing they face is how to enter peer groups and realize some social needs in group life.
Purpose of investigation:
The main purpose of this community survey is to understand the basic situation of xx community and investigate the feasibility of carrying out our internship activities. Only by mastering the basic situation can we make a feasible project plan.
Methods used in the investigation:
Unstructured interview in field investigation.
Investigative steps:
Group discussion: The first meeting of the group was held on May 10, 20xx, and the topics involved in the topic, division of labor, process arrangement, specific steps, field investigation and random interview were determined.
field test
(1)20xx On May 3rd, we went to xxx for the first time for our first field investigation. We first came to xx neighborhood committee. Through the dialogue with the person in charge of the neighborhood Committee, I got a general understanding of the basic information of the community, including the age structure and social composition of the residents. We further communicated with the person in charge of the neighborhood Committee and explained the purpose of the investigation and our next activities. Then we went to the community activity square, inspected the outdoor environment of the community, and chose a suitable activity venue.
(2) On May 20th, 20xx, we went to the community for the second survey. The main purpose of this survey is to further analyze the feasibility of the activity concept, including interviews and surveys on the basic information and family information of the activity objects. For the interviewees, we further explained to them the purpose of our interview and investigation, as well as other related issues, such as the activities to be planned next.
Survey content:
First, the problem setting:
When investigating the parent-child relationship in the family, we set the following questions:
(1) Do you feel close to your parents?
(2) Do you usually talk to your parents when you are upset in your daily life? If there is no dialogue, can you tell me why?
(3) Do you think your parents usually take care of you? What aspects do they usually pay attention to?
(4) Do you feel that your parents are very busy at work, and do you often have the desire to let your parents take them out to play?
(5) Do you want to play games with your parents?
Do you help your parents do housework at home? What housework do you usually do?
Questions for parents of children are:
(1) Do you often talk to children?
(2) What aspect of your life is most concerned about your child's growth?
(3) Do you often encourage your children?
(4) Do you think your children understand you?
Second, according to children's peer interaction, we designed interview questions:
(1) How many of your good friends live in your neighborhood?
(2) Do you think it's easy to find some playmates in the club, and it's so informal?
(3) If you are with friends, what do you like to discuss best, about study or games?
(4) If you are unhappy or unhappy, will you talk to your friends?
(5) What do you think of friends or companions around you? Do you think they are important to you?
Third, the problems revealed by the survey are:
Problems in parent-child relationship in the family;
Judging from the time of parent-child communication, children in China generally spend less time communicating with their parents, at least less than 4 hours a week. At the same time, father and son spend less time communicating than mother and son.
The changes in children's parent-child relationship are mainly manifested in:
(1) Children spend less time with their parents, the behavioral characteristics of parent-child attachment have changed, and their emotional exposure and privacy to their parents have decreased. However, the emotional attachment they formed in their early years will continue into childhood and will not be interrupted because their children pursue independence.
(2) From the perspective of gender differences, girls are more intimate with their parents and communicate more than boys.
Community survey report 2 i. Background and significance of the survey.
Community is an indispensable mass infrastructure in our life and has a broad foundation. He acts as a media bridge for residents living in fixed areas. We are doing some communication and cohesion with social groups in daily life for the general residents. It is the basic organization we trust and is closely related to the lives of residents. In such an environment, people are interactive. Recently proposed by the state? Two types? Is the community trying to do it? Saving resources and protecting the environment? . We have heard about this for a long time, and as a member of the community, we should contribute to it. Then we should have a certain understanding of the current community environment, provide some information to the government, and solve some problems in the community. Although Changsha was among the best in the national civilized city evaluation in the first half of 20 12, there are still many bad problems in the community environment in Changsha.
With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to health and environmental problems, but inadvertently make the environment more polluted, destroyed and wasted. This environmental situation is quite grim. In order to protect the environment, save resources and build a conservation-oriented society in which man and nature develop harmoniously. Community residents should save energy and water, establish the concept of green consumption and develop good living habits. To do better? Two types? Community, in order to make the community residents consciously participate in the ranks of environmental protection, during the summer vacation, I conducted a questionnaire survey among the community residents in Yuhua District of Changsha City to explore the environmental behavior, environmental awareness and environmental knowledge acquisition of residents with different educational levels and different living environments, and to explore its influencing factors. Two types? The community provides a good foundation.
Second, the survey design
(a) objectives and methods
1. Object: This survey is mainly aimed at residents of three communities (Dexinyuan Community, Hu Xiao Community and Xiangyang Community) in Yuhua District, Changsha City, covering students, workers, intellectuals, enterprise managers, self-employed people and other positions, among which each community is mainly elderly people who live at home. * * * Questioned volume 100, recovered 97 volumes, 97 volumes were valid, and 3 volumes were invalid.
2. Methods: Self-designed questionnaire, including personal basic information, saving low carbon, recycling, attitude towards environmental protection, a total of 23 questions. Through random sampling, there are 16 questionnaires in each community of the three communities. According to the education level, age and other groups, the survey mode is also different:
(1) Illiteracy community residents (mainly the elderly): The investigator interviewed directly, and the investigator filled out the questionnaire according to the respondents' answers.
(2) Residents in literate communities: Take one-on-one survey, and individuals fill out questionnaires on the spot and withdraw them on the spot.
(II) Investigation contents
The content includes personal basic information, low carbon saving, recycling and attitude towards environmental protection. Personal basic information does not mention sensitive issues such as name and certificate number, but simply gender and education, so personal information will not have any impact on individuals. Saving low carbon and recycling mainly ask whether there are related problems such as saving energy and water and not wasting resources. The attitude towards environmental protection is mainly to ask some ways to acquire environmental protection knowledge, as well as some personal views and knowledge about environmental protection. The content of this questionnaire will not affect individuals. After previous interviews, the shortcomings in the community were integrated into simple and easy-to-understand questions. Moreover, the problems at the community level can basically be seen from the questionnaire. In terms of the number of questions, it is just right, not too many, and the respondents will not leave blank because of the number of questions.
Third, the survey results and analysis
(1) This survey mainly collects residents' attitudes towards environmental protection. The following are the attitudes of community residents to environmental protection. We can see that there are some problems in their attitude towards environmental protection, especially in collective environmental protection. For example, among the 86 people, 3 1 people don't care about people damaging the environment, only 10 people report it, and 13 people wait and see, which are all positive. There are 44 people who don't care and wait and see, accounting for 52%. This data should not be underestimated.
Analysis: It can be concluded that people are not very concerned about environmental protection. Some people may feel that environmental protection has nothing to do with themselves. At the same time, some interviewees think that environmental protection is very important and are interested in learning more about environmental protection. This shows that the government or relevant departments have not done enough publicity and education on environmental protection knowledge, mainly because of insufficient publicity and inadequate management. As a result, the attitude of community residents towards environmental protection is not strong, or there are other reasons that affect their awareness of environmental protection. At the same time, in the process of environmental protection, we cannot force anyone to do anything. However, we can only strengthen individuals' awareness of environmental protection and make them consciously protect the environment. Therefore, we should strengthen our attitude towards environmental protection and inform them of its importance in order to effectively protect the environment.
Of course, this is only part of the environmental attitude. In this survey, we can see that there are still some bad environmental behaviors in the process of environmental protection, such as saving low carbon and recycling.
(2) In the process of investigating low-carbon saving and recycling, we also know that due to the improvement of living standards, some people inadvertently have a negative impact on the environment and waste resources unintentionally. The following is an analysis of low-carbon saving and recycling. It can be seen that people are not doing well enough in saving. For example, when eating out with family members, 2 1 person directly throws away the leftover food, 40 people think it is too heavy to pack it home, 25 people pack it home regardless of weight, 24% throw it away directly, and 47% pack it home according to weight. This data is still good. At the same time, we can see from Table 2 that residents seem to have done a poor job in recycling. For example, when dealing with garbage, do you have the habit of sorting? There are only 25 people, 40 people who don't, and 2/kloc-0 people who are classified according to the situation, and 46% of them are not classified.
Analysis: According to the above explanation, the main reason for this situation is that residents think that the living standard is getting higher and higher now, and there is no need to classify garbage. Even if waste batteries and garbage are classified, they don't know where to recycle them. They think this is unnecessary. Might as well just throw it in the trash. Some people think that science and technology are more and more developed now, so why bother yourself?
(3) In the survey, it is found that residents with different educational levels have great differences in environmental protection behaviors, mainly involving words rather than daily life, such as the attitude towards setting off fireworks. It can be seen that the higher the educational level, the higher the understanding of fireworks and firecrackers, knowing that fireworks and firecrackers contain many harmful substances that damage the environment, while people with lower educational level will not think of these problems because they don't know fireworks and firecrackers. As can be seen from Table 3, education level has a profound influence on environmental protection behavior.
Four. Discussions and suggestions
(1) discussion
The results of this survey show that the overall level of environmental protection behavior of community residents in Yuhua District of Changsha City is still not high. On the one hand, it shows that residents are not actively concerned about environmental protection, on the other hand, it also shows that the publicity of environmental protection knowledge is not in place.
First of all, it is known that community residents have limited access to environmental protection knowledge, mainly through television, newspapers, magazines and so on. This shows that community residents rarely exchange topics about environmental protection, while in a community, people mainly communicate with each other, which is dominant. Especially the women at home.
Secondly, in the process of recycling, due to the improvement of living standards, the economic situation is getting better and better, and there is no need to keep some unused things. This is also the idea of many people. Of course, for the older generation, it will still be recycled, but it has never been used, mainly because the new things have been greatly promoted and there is no need to use the old ones. Even if; After the garbage is sorted, the problem of not knowing where to put it appears.
Finally, I also know the importance of education level to environmental protection, but what we can do now seems to be to vigorously promote environmental protection, which is still helpful to residents with low education level.
(2) Countermeasures
In view of the above problems, in order to improve the environmental awareness of community residents, the following countermeasures are put forward:
First of all, we should increase publicity, adopt different publicity and education methods for different groups of people, popularize environmental protection knowledge, and improve residents' education level and their own quality. Let residents realize the importance of environmental protection and actively participate in environmental protection. It is suggested that relevant departments use various tools to publicize, especially mass media, so that people can influence each other.
Secondly, popularize the classification of garbage, the recycling that can be recycled and the classification that cannot be recycled. At the same time, ensure that there are recycling places after classification, garbage bins should be classified, and facilities should keep up. Vigorously promote? Economy is a virtue? This style.
In short, propaganda work must be done well, so as to continuously stimulate residents' sense of responsibility and participation in environmental protection, change environmental protection concepts and continuously improve environmental awareness. It is suggested that the government and relevant departments formulate strong environmental protection laws, regulations and management systems, and formulate corresponding punishment measures to restrain residents' bad behavior. Finally, the purpose of environmental protection is achieved.
Community survey report 3? Community? Whether it is understood as an academic concept or interpreted as division, it has its reasons. At present, the whole country is actively trying and exploring how to do a good job in community construction. So what about the community construction in our district? With this problem, the Taoyuan Regional Group organized four members, Zhang, Yu Haitao and Du Jian, to investigate Changyuan Community and Binhe Community in Taoyuan Street, and formed the following investigation report.
First, the basic situation of the surveyed community
1. Natural conditions: There are 7 1 residential buildings and 5,047 households17,875 people in the surveyed community, including 262 needy households living in party member 158 people. The total economic income of the two communities in 20xx is 50,000 yuan, and it is 65,438+in 20xx. There is a decreasing trend. The number of public security cases in the two communities is 33 in 20xx and 28 in 20xx, showing a downward trend.
2. Construction of community organizations: According to the requirements of Nanguan District Committee and Nanguan District Government of China * * * Production Party on March 3rd, 20xx, the two communities set up community organizations, with 5 directors and 5 deputy directors respectively. Wages are uniformly distributed by the sub-district offices. See attached table 4.
3. Distribution of community service outlets at this stage. By 20xx, there will be 9/kloc-0 convenience service outlets, mainly including grocery stores, snack bars, supermarkets, hair salons, bicycle repair, grain and oil business, pharmacies, health centers, nursing homes, bicycle parking lots, farmers' markets, internet cafes and so on. See attached table 5.
Second, the basic problems reflected in the survey results
Judging from the survey data of the two communities, the situation reflected is basically the same.
(1) Better aspects
1. After several years of work, the whole society, especially government departments at all levels, have further improved their understanding of the importance and necessity of doing a good job in community building. It can be seen that they have reached a * * consensus on community building, and at the same time, they have enhanced their sense of urgency in community building.
2. Since 1996 put forward to do a good job in community construction, especially since the city government issued relevant policies (work plans), the carrier of community organizations has been implemented, and the wages of community workers are relatively stable and the ranks are stable.
3. Absorbed and enriched some newcomers into the community workers, improved the age structure of community cadres, and further improved their educational level. Thereby improving the ability to adapt to the new situation and new tasks.
(2) Existing problems
1, all kinds of facilities and places in the community are still in the primary stage of simplification, with a small number, few types and many missing items, especially those for cultural activities that the masses like.
2. Community directors lack practical experience in community work, various organizational carriers and theoretical guidance on how to carry out community work.
3. Weak function and strong dependence: judging from the current work of community neighborhood committees, they still follow the old tradition and undertake various tasks assigned by district and street departments. To a great extent, community neighborhood committees have become the bearing layer and executive layer of government departments at all levels, and theoretically, the function of community autonomy is difficult to reflect.
4. At present, the carrier mode of community organizations still follows the top-down approach. It is difficult to adapt to the actual needs of community functions by imitating the establishment of government institutions. Mainly manifested in: first, the main work of the association focuses on undertaking the tasks assigned by the government; Second, the ability of community self-survival and self-development is insufficient; Third, it is easy to release emotions, but it is impossible to achieve emotional intentions; Fourthly, at present, the tasks undertaken by community workers are out of proportion to the rewards they get, which has dampened the enthusiasm of community workers to some extent.
(C) Analysis of the causes of these problems
1. There are still some misunderstandings about the direction of community construction. Some comrades in some departments can't grasp the actual content of community construction. There is a problem, community building is to strengthen hardware investment, without realizing institutional innovation.
2. Responsibility, right and benefit are not unified. At present, according to Document No.5 issued by Changnan Office, there are nine main responsibilities of community neighborhood committees, including implementing the Party's line, principles and policies, developing community culture, education and sports, improving community environmental sanitation, improving comprehensive management, developing community services and promoting community economic development. However, there are no specific provisions to define the scope of community power, let alone the issue of interests. This disunity of responsibilities, rights and interests leads to misunderstanding of community work and becomes the implementer of the work of departments at all levels.
3. Community resources: The differences in economy, culture, environment and many other aspects caused by different regions will inevitably lead to the differences in available resources in communities, which will correspondingly increase the difficulty of community work with less resources.
4. The policy of developing communities is obviously lagging behind. How to develop and what kind of policies to give to the community At present, the direction of community development, many problems just stay in theory, but in practice, the self-growth of the community is greatly restricted by the establishment of various power institutions and lack of understanding.
Third, some suggestions.
It is suggested that the municipal government adopt the Taiwan policy as soon as possible. The main contents are as follows:
1, define the direction of community construction.
2. Clarify the position of community organizations in community construction. For example, in Hangzhou and other places, it is clear that the community service center is the management department to manage all kinds of service intermediary entities in the community in a unified way.
3, clear the relationship between community organizations and relevant functional departments, including water, electricity, gas, property management departments and resident units, especially the establishment of supervision and restriction mechanism.
4. Increase support for the community. First, the cost will change with the event, and the economic input of community organizations will increase; Two, power and responsibility, administrative departments at all levels (industry and commerce, taxation, urban management, etc.). ) Increase policy support for the community.
