Basic Felix stick exercise

Our feet are shoulder width apart, we hold the Felix club in the middle, and our forearms and hands are on an extension line.

The direction pointed by the four fingers of both hands is the direction in which Felix rod vibrates. Chest out and abdomen in. This is our preparation posture.

Let's make a * * * vibration at the lowest point with a Felix rod. Hands should tremble slightly, body should be stable, and both ends of Felix stick should swing violently.

Practice for 60 seconds.

The first movement is over, relax, let's change the angle, from the lowest point to the horizontal position.
