Why am I so thin that I was born with thick fat on my stomach?
Tell me about my experience. Like the landlord, I am thinner overall, but I have some fat in some parts, most obviously my stomach (which has been completely reduced now).

The way I lost it was:

1. Control my diet. I am an out-and-out eater, eating more meals and less snacks, but I will never eat every meal. I'm completely full at eight o'clock, and no matter how delicious things are, I won't overeat myself.

2. Eat a lot of snacks, but there are a few things that you never touch or rarely touch: carbonated drinks or obviously sweet drinks, never drink them. Summer is basically barley tea and the like. Do not drink milk tea! The effect of fattening is remarkable! Don't drink brewed drinks such as lemon tea and fruit juice.

3. Sit-ups, 30 a day. I am lazy, sometimes I forget to do it, but I try to do it every day.

4. Stand up and walk more. Standing and walking after meals will help digestion and prevent fat from accumulating on the stomach.

Come on, you can also lose fat.
