1, breakfast: coarse grains such as cereals, and yogurt. It is best to give up sweet bread, cakes and flavored milk during weight loss, because the sugar content is too high and the calories are high.
You are at school from morning till night, and you may get hungry in the middle. Like when I was in high school, I had to add meals halfway. At this time, I suggest not to eat food such as grain, and don't eat sugar and chocolate. The first choice is almonds, which are rich in amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids (this is the key, not as high as melon seeds and peanuts). They are full, not fat, and they are good helpers to lose weight. Or fruit, but fructose in fruit is not particularly easy to decompose, so you can't eat too much. Vegetables are more delicious than fruits, but you may be embarrassed to eat in the classroom, so it's up to you.
3. Lunch: We all know that carbohydrates are natural enemies to lose weight, so I don't eat rice when I lose weight. However, I am in college, and my studies are not heavy. You are a high school student, you still have to eat staple food, or your brain will be deprived of oxygen, which will affect your study. Rice will be halved. Eat vegetables first, then rice, and finally eat some vegetables, which is a rich order to promote digestion. Don't eat too much, so that your stomach can contract slowly. At a certain point, you can't eat as much as you want. The vegetable bitter gourd I just mentioned is a good choice, if you are not afraid of suffering. Or you can have a cup of bitter gourd juice after dinner (personally, it tastes too bad, and you can't last two days, depending on your situation)

5. It is suggested to drink tofu soup (vegetables can be added) for dinner. My plan is not to have dinner, but you are at school, which is not advisable. Tofu is rich in protein, and there is almost no starch carbohydrate, but it is full. Weight loss experts often recommend tofu instead of staple food. If you have nutrition, you won't be hungry. An extreme way to lose weight is to eat only tofu soup for several days in a row and lose weight quickly.
6. Study at night. When you are hungry, drink some barley water (that is, boiled barley water), and the swelling will disappear the next day.
This plan is about diet. I feel that diet is the most important part of losing weight. I've lost weight in all parts of my body, so I'd better eat less.
Exercise is also important, because it can make your skin firm and look healthier, but it is auxiliary, because exercise is too slow to lose weight (from my personal experience), unless you spend a lot of time exercising every day and can stick to it.
There is another trick. Don't sit down after dinner. Just stand up and do some exercise. Just stand like that, don't let the fat accumulate quickly.
The last exercise is best done in the evening when you won't eat again today, and the effect is the best.
