(5) If the total height of the goods is more than 4.5 meters from the ground, the total width is more than 3.75 meters or the total length is more than 28 meters, a fine of 1000 yuan but not more than 3,000 yuan shall be imposed;
(six) the total mass of vehicles and goods exceeds the standard of overloading of road freight vehicles, but does not exceed 1000 kg, and shall be given a warning; If it exceeds 1000 kg, 500 yuan will be fined for each exceeding 1000 kg, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan;
(seven) there are a number of illegal acts listed in the preceding paragraph, and the amount of fines for the corresponding illegal acts shall be calculated cumulatively, but the cumulative amount of fines shall not exceed 30,000 yuan.
Legal basis: Article 92 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that if a freight motor vehicle exceeds the approved load, it shall be fined between 200 yuan and 500 yuan; Those who carry passengers in excess of 30% of the approved weight or in violation of regulations shall be fined between 2,000 yuan and 500 yuan.
If the vehicle of the transport unit is under the circumstances specified in the first and second paragraphs of this article, and it is not changed after punishment, the directly responsible person in charge shall be fined between 2,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan.
