Using Adobe dynamic link (dynamic link)

So far, when sharing media resources among post-production software, it is necessary to render them in one software before importing them into another software. This process is undoubtedly inefficient and time-consuming. If users want to make some changes to the original software, they must re-render it. Different rendering versions of the same resource consume a lot of hard disk space, which also brings trouble to file management to some extent.

In Adobe Production Studio, a function named "Adobe Dynamic Link" is provided, and users can select a workflow to create a dynamic link between new or existing compositions of After Effects, Premiere Pro or Adobe Encore DVD without rendering. Creating dynamic links is as simple as importing other types of resources, and the synthesis of dynamic links will be displayed in uniform icon and label colors, which is convenient for users to identify. Dynamic links are stored as part of an Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Encore DVD project.

Changes made to dynamically linked compositions in After Effects will immediately appear in linked files of Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Encore DVD, so users don't have to render compositions or even save changes in advance.

When you link to an After Effects composition, it will appear in the Project panel of the target work, and you can use the linked composition just like any other resource. When inserting a link composition into the timeline of the target work, a link clip will appear in the timeline panel, which can be used as a simple reference for the link composition of the project panel. When the work is played back in the target work, After Effects will render the combination of links frame by frame.
