1, Luoyang Vocational and Technical College: Luoyang Vocational and Technical College is located in Luoyang, the ancient capital of the Millennium, the peony flower city and the starting point of the Silk Road. It is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college organized and managed by Luoyang Municipal Government. The college looks at Xiadu ruins in the east, Longmen Grottoes in the west, the foothills of Wan 'an Mountain in the south and the Yiluo River in the north.
