The typesetting of product content should be more than 2mm away from the cutting line to avoid the text being cut when cutting. 2. After the manuscript is confirmed, the text should be converted into curves (paths, outlines) to avoid garbled characters and missing words when the output plate-making can't find fonts. If it is a text box, please convert it into clip art, and then turn the curve. 3. Please don't set to use system characters when inputting characters, because if you use them, white nodes will appear at the staggered strokes. 3) Color part: 1. The printing color of the finished product is not required by the color of screen or inkjet manuscript. When making a file, the color fill must be determined according to the percentage of CMYK color scale. For example, before the final color is determined, please use four-color photoelectric proofing. 2. Due to the small number of cards, it belongs to imposition printing. When the same drawing file is printed at different times (the ink quantity control will be different each time), there will be some differences in color. It is normal that the color difference is within 10%, and it is not allowed to return goods without reason. 3. Please try to avoid the combination of dark colors or full-page colors in color block matching, otherwise back printing and burrs will easily appear after printing and cutting. Due to the small amount of business card printing, there are the same large areas of color blocks on the front and back, which is difficult to ensure consistency and no ink spots, and cannot be used as a reason for returning goods. (It is recommended that all large color blocks be coated with dumb glue) 4. The color of shading or base map should not be less than 8%, so as not to appear when printing the finished product. 5. Don't use overprint to fill all colors except those with special printing requirements (especially the white color, overprint will lose the finished product). 6. Please make images and photos in CMYK mode and save them in TIFF file format. Do not enter PSD file format. If you use CoreIDRAW to design business cards, please fill in all the input images, objects of POWERCLIP, separated falling shadows and use transparent or filter materials, and then flip the bitmap again. The color is set to CMYK32-bit, and the resolution is 350dpi. All color description files used for anti-aliasing compensation of transparent background are checked to avoid the Massek image sometimes caused by rotating imposition output. If you reduce the bitmap by adjusting the nodes, please rotate the bitmap again to avoid being partially overwritten when outputting. If you use FreeHand or Illustrator to design business cards, the pictures are linked. Please attach a picture. It is recommended to embed pictures in files. 4) Drawing part: 1, all graphics such as lines and color blocks are input or drawn by yourself, and the border thickness shall not be less than 0. 1mm, otherwise the printed product will be broken or unable to be presented. You can't set the "Edge Width" for any gradient object, because different interpretations of the output machine sometimes lead to insufficient color filling of the gradient edge. 5) Check before submission: 1. Confirm that it is a manuscript to be printed. Do not lock all objects in the document. Don't use the background color of the page or the base map of the page as the manuscript. 2. Type in the requirements and contact information in the document (such as whether the film is passed, the line is pressed, the number of boxes, single and double sides, paper, contact number, contact person and delivery address) so that we can contact the delivery. 3. Whether the word turns into a curve (path, outline building) is confirmed and saved as AAA.5.28 (AAA stands for the name of the directly connected customer company, and 5.28 stands for the order placed on May 28th) or abc-abc/ 123.5.28 (ABC stands for the name of the organization entrusted to print, and abc/ 123 stands for the business card.
