Height 168, weight 140, male, want to lose weight, what's the good idea?
I have a personal experience, please refer to it.

1. Control staple food and eat more coarse grains. Staple foods, such as pasta and rice, contain a lot of carbohydrates. Eating too much of these things tends to make you fat. It is suggested to eat breakfast normally, control the staple food as little as possible for lunch, try not to eat staple food for dinner, eat more miscellaneous grains such as corn, sweet potato and sorghum rice, and eat more vegetables and fruits with low sugar content.

Add more meat and use less seasoning. Cattle, sheep, fish, chickens, ducks, pigs and other meats can be used, especially cattle, sheep, fish, seafood and various eggs. Based on the original intake, it can be greatly increased. Especially for lunch, you can mainly eat meat. However, when cooking meat, we should try to use less seasonings, such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, essence, chicken essence and so on. Because these foods contain a lot of carbohydrates, we should give priority to the original seasonings, such as salt, pepper, aniseed and cumin.

3. Drink plenty of water and exercise properly. Drink more white water, drink more water if you have nothing to do, and don't drink all kinds of drinks and alcohol, because the latter contains a lot of carbohydrates. This method of losing weight does not need a lot of exercise, just moderate general exercise, which is more helpful to improve the metabolic rate of the body.

4. Go to bed early and get up early, and work regularly. Try not to stay up late, try to sleep at 22 o'clock, and don't exceed 23 o'clock at the latest. Go to bed early at night and get up early naturally in the morning. To develop regular eating habits, eat on time, and have dinner no later than 19, so that the food can be digested before going to bed. It is also necessary to develop the habit of regular excretion, so that the body will not leave too much digestive debris.
