Anhui proposed that the demand for entering the park will be calculated year by year, and the layout planning of county-level Pratt & Whitney Park will be improved, and it will be adjusted every three years in principle. Combined with the implementation of the three-child birth policy and the actual situation in various places, the standard of population support in residential communities will be revised and adjusted in time to ensure the provision of inclusive services.

In the future, Anhui will encourage and support government agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions, the army, streets and rural collectives to set up public parks and support private parks to provide inclusive services by implementing policies such as financial subsidies, land allocation and tax reduction and rent reduction.

In strengthening the protection of preschool teachers, Anhui proposes to strengthen the allocation of teachers, explore and innovate the "management team establishment guarantee law" for teachers in public parks, and implement the salary guarantee policy for teachers in public parks. Services such as maintenance, security and canteen of public parks can be included in the scope of government procurement services.

In improving the professional ability of preschool teachers, Anhui will increase the training of preschool teachers in rural and underdeveloped areas. At the same time, deepen the reform of preschool education and focus on cultivating students' ability to observe and understand children and support their development. Adding special education courses to pre-school education majors in colleges and universities to improve normal students' ability of integrated education.

Before the end of this year, the "Guiding Standards for Teaching Performance Evaluation of Kindergarten Teachers in Anhui Province (Trial)" was issued to lead teachers' professional growth.
