Preparation method of fruit enzyme
Prepare ingredients: pear, apple, grapefruit, passion fruit pulp and plum.
1. Slice pears, apples and grapefruit for later use.
2. Put plums, rock sugar and pears in a transparent glass container.
3. Then add apple, rock sugar, grapefruit and passion fruit pulp, and spread rock sugar layer by layer.
4. Add a proper amount of water, cover and seal for two weeks, and the fruit enzyme will be ready.
