What yoga can be practiced regularly to improve the elimination of water in the body and improve the color?
You look terrible? It's that the moisture in the body is too heavy, and practicing yoga often can help you get rid of the old cold and dampness!

Some women look bad when they are young, mainly because the moisture in their bodies is too heavy. Excessive water will not only lead to listlessness and fatigue, but also affect the metabolism of cells, leading to obesity, arthritis, constipation, menstrual disorders and other symptoms. So how to adjust? In addition to food supplements, you should also avoid touching things with too much water. Usually pay more attention to exercise and sweat. The following three poses will help you get rid of the old cold and dampness and make you energetic all day!

1, locust style

The grasshopper style is named after it looks like a grasshopper lying on the ground. Regular practice of this pose helps to prevent stomach trouble, eliminate flatulence, promote digestion, stretch the spine and eliminate symptoms such as low back pain.

A. Lie on the ground with your legs about a foot wide, and put your hands on your sides naturally, so as to keep your whole body relaxed and adjust your breathing.

B. Stretch your arms backwards and upwards, tighten your hips, lift the muscles inside your legs upwards and stretch them, straighten your toes backwards, and lift your upper body off the ground as far as possible.

C Raise your head, straighten your hands, keep breathing evenly, and stick to the above actions 1-20S.

D slowly return to prone position, exhale and repeat the above actions for 3 times.

Step 2 stand on your shoulder

This yoga pose can promote blood circulation, eliminate leg swelling, promote intestines and improve constipation.

A lie flat on the ground, straighten your legs, put your hands on both sides of your hips, keep your whole body relaxed and adjust your breathing.

B Bend your knees, touch the ground with your feet, lift your hips off the ground with your hands, slowly extend your legs upward until they are perpendicular to the ground, and keep your toes straight 10-20S.

C. Return to the prone position, exhale and repeat the above actions for 3 times.

3. Flat plate support type

This pose requires the strength of arms and feet to support the body. Regular practice of this pose can enhance arm strength, reduce the risk of back and spine injuries, shape the body, prevent obesity, and also help to exercise abdominal muscles, promote digestion and prevent constipation.

A. Lie on the ground, bend your elbows on both sides of your chest, spread your feet as wide as your hips, point your toes to the ground, and adjust your breathing evenly.

B lift your body off the ground with the strength of your arms and toes, straighten your knees and keep your body parallel to the ground.

C. Look ahead, keep breathing evenly, and stick to this action 10-20S.

D slowly return to prone position, exhale and repeat the above actions for 3 times.

Practice yoga regularly to make you full of energy and bid farewell to the depressed mental state.
