What is line dancing?
Line dancing, literally, is a kind of dance that dances in a row. It originated from the American western country dance music in the 1970s, also called jive. At first, I played the guitar and clapped my hands and danced. With the development of the times, I later integrated into the European court and Latin dance steps. The dance steps are diverse, novel and easy to learn. It is a kind of dance that can be enjoyed by both individuals and groups. In recent years, it has gradually attracted attention in Asia. In Hongkong, Taiwan Province, Japan, Singapore and other places, it has set off a craze, which is welcomed by all ages and can be said to be a dance suitable for all ages.

Each dance segment of choreography can be composed of different cyclic rhythms, such as 32 beats, 48 beats or 64 beats. So the dance steps of each song are repeated in a specific cycle rhythm. In addition, the basic jumping rules of each line dance are also divided into two directions and four directions to rotate alternately. Line dancing combines many social dance steps, such as cha-cha, rumba, mambo, cowboy and rock. Under the multiple combinations and changes of such dance elements, line dancing is simplified, which makes dancers jump out of their own personal style and completely belong to their own interpretation, adding to the attractive charm of line dancing.

As a new dance movement introduced to China, learning line dancing can not only learn elegant posture, but also relax the mood, relieve the nervous mood, easily achieve the effect of fitness and weight loss, and make life healthier and better.
