The key point is:

2. You can drink a small amount of water before eating to increase satiety.

3. Drink plenty of water, and drink kg*40ml of water (I just drink too little water and get angry all the time).

4. Get enough sleep for more than 8 hours.

5. Don't eat snacks, midnight snack, etc.
