After dinner, do some exercise and eat some fruit.
Control appetite
Don't eat too much at night, eat an apple or cucumber, and then go running.
Drink a glass of water before going to bed and don't eat greasy food.
Eat well in the morning, eat well at noon, eat less at night, eat less greasy, snacks,,,
