How do you keep healthy? Let's start with your experience.
1, driven by the internal driving force that strongly wants to change.

One day two years ago, I finally couldn't bear to face myself in the mirror, so I patted my thigh angrily and made an important decision in my life: I want to exercise! Just to look good, and two years later, I found that fitness brought more than just looking good.

But the efforts don't stop there. In order to have a better figure, a better figure, what we have to do is to work harder today than yesterday. Just as my training intensity many years ago was not as good as today's warm-up, only in this way can I be called "hard work".

Reward: running 5 kilometers a day may lose weight 10 kg in half a year, but it is still far from running a marathon. Do 200 push-ups every day, the chest muscles are faintly visible, but you can't do high-five push-ups at all. Do squats with bare hands three times a week, and the flat buttocks become stiff, but the distance is large and round.

2. You don't need to take fitness as a career. 80% people don't like their jobs, but they don't hate them either. If you take fitness as your lifelong career, you will probably become less passionate. Interest is the best teacher. Keep your interest and stick to it, and you can have another career and fitness hobby.

3. Fitness can be a social activity. There are various reasons for us to start fitness, which may be due to health needs, the pursuit of a better figure, eye attraction, and so on. But when fitness brings us together with different backgrounds, occupations and personalities, we not only lengthen the road of life, but also broaden the width of life. The harder you work, the more rewarding you will be. But maybe what you want may not be called a return, just a luxury. So my insistence on fitness has become easier.

Effort: The busier you are, the later you fall asleep, the shorter your sleep time and the worse your sleep quality. It's hard to reach the extreme, so I've been complaining about myself. 90% of the exercise is only 10% of the training. Of course, the above is not only self-dissatisfaction, but also helpless self-mockery, but we must continue to work hard anyway.
