(1) Ten opening jumps, still can persist, this action is OK. The coach asked the students to straighten their arms, open their legs shoulder-width, and their movements must be standardized. Everyone must unify their rhythm and achieve standards.
(2) 20 high leg lifts. This action is simple and extremely fast. The legs only need to form an angle of 100 degrees with the body. The left foot is not steady, the right foot bounces, and the arms swing like windmills, which is completed in less than 20 seconds.
(3) five poppies jump, the highlight is coming. A poppy jump is equivalent to a push-up and a squat jump. I've been thinking, why doesn't the coach let us do five push-ups first and then jump five? Because I am very tired, I do it slowly and jump very low. We always want to have a rest, but when we see that people have picked up skipping rope, we have to make two at once and finally finish the task in misery.
The last link is skipping rope, jumping 50 times in a row. At this time, I can't support my legs, and I have to jump very fast. The wrist keeps turning. If it was a windmill just now, it is a wheel now. I jumped ten times, and my wrist was particularly sour, just like a robot. When it turns mechanically, it has to insist. Just as I was about to rest, the rope tripped over my foot again. I quickly turned it back, but my right hand was already independent, and he wouldn't listen to your brain. Finally, I can finally put the rope under my feet, and I have no strength to swing it again. Who cares? Anyway, the coach can't see it and won't stare at you. Only 30.
Finally, after the training, everyone was so tired that they had no bones and no strength to stand. This kind of devil training makes me have fun in bitterness, and I feel relaxed and happy after I am tired. Again, persistence is victory!
