What does it mean to be thin?
Most people, the goal of losing weight is to make their bodies look better. Throw away the swimming ring on your stomach and you won't look so ugly when you wear clothes. In fact, this is just a state that can be seen from the outside. We should keep exercising and keep ourselves in a standard figure. Don't just look at the results from the outside, but also understand the inner body.

The body is thinner, the overall weight is lighter, the burden on body organs is lighter, and the service life is naturally longer. The growth of human muscles is very slow and limited, and the main reason why we look fat is fat. We can imagine that the liver of a normal healthy person helps the body to detoxify, which is easy to work. But a fatty liver is surrounded by fat, and the liver works very hard. A liver that doesn't need to be overloaded or work overtime is certainly longer than an overloaded liver.

Another example is the heart. The damage of obesity to the heart is obvious, but it is not taken seriously. Overweight blood supply undoubtedly increases the operating burden of the heart. Compared with normal weight, moving an obese body can enhance the beating ability of the heart. Just like a long-term overloaded car, the service life of the engine is definitely shorter than the life that has been running within the design load capacity. Therefore, in order to make the car lighter and have a longer service life, speed limit and weight limit are necessary, and so is the human body.

So, why is everyone pursuing thinness? Why is being thin beautiful? The fundamental reason is that being thin means having a normal body shape, with a small body running load, and it is not easy to get chronic diseases. However, we can't blindly pursue thinness. Being thin does not mean being healthy. We need to pursue thin quality and look thin. Actually, it's a normal size.
