1. Open a Word document with compressed pictures.
2. Click on the picture, and then click on the compressed picture under the picture tool.
3. After jumping out of the compressed picture window, you should use it to select all the pictures in the document. If you want the picture to be smaller, you should check Change Resolution, select a webpage/screen, and then click OK.
4. Finally, click Save.
