You can tiptoe when you take a shower, brush your teeth and walk at home.
Eat well early, eat well at noon and eat less at night.
You are a student and still growing. I don't recommend dieting. Try not to eat rice at night, and it is best to eat less meat at ordinary times. If you really want to eat, you can eat fish. Want to lose weight quickly, eat bananas and drink milk three times a day, and eat nothing else. Just luckier.
4. Exercise in bed before going to bed
Lie flat on the bed, put your hands behind your waist and push your legs in the air for about 30 minutes.
