Children never grow meat. Why?
Children don't grow meat in the process of physical development, mostly because of insufficient exercise, too much snacks and insufficient sleep.

If you want your child to gain weight, you need moderate fitness exercise. Some people may ask, isn't fitness just about losing weight? How can you gain weight? Even babies aged 1~3 should exercise. Proper exercise is beneficial to the baby's growth and development, and can also shape the child's exercise habits.

Swimming, playing basketball and dancing are all excellent choices. Older children can also try jogging, jumping, climbing and other new sports with excessive exercise. I would like to remind everyone here that children's fitness exercise should not blindly follow the trend, but should choose the compressive strength that children's bodies can bear.

Often eat unhealthy snacks, basically no children don't like snacks, but if they eat too many snacks, they don't like them. Some parents seduce their children with snacks because their children don't like to eat, which aggravates their bad habit of not eating hot pot. Snacks are not inedible. We can try to choose healthy snacks, such as dried fruits, dairy products and fresh vegetables. High-calorie snacks such as French fries, Coca Cola and Korean fried chicken can be eaten less.

Insufficient sleep, adults can't sleep well, and the spirit is not very good the next day. Children can't grow up if they don't sleep well. So don't underestimate the necessity of sleep quality. Growth hormone is necessary for a child's growth, and most of the growth hormone in the child's body is metabolized after the body falls asleep. If the child's sleep quality has been poor, affecting the growth hormone in the child's body, it may not grow meat or gain weight.

Hiding the disease factors will make children slim down. Some babies eat less because of skin allergies, skin eczema and other reasons. Perhaps spleen-stomach disharmony will also directly affect weight gain. Because nutrition can't be used and digested normally, it is difficult for them to gain weight even if they eat well.

In fact, there are many reasons why the baby has no meat. If it has endangered the child's weight and the normal growth and development of the body, you should go to the hospital immediately for corresponding examination, first remove the existence of disease elements, and make improvements and corrections purposefully.
