Method for making lemon-flavored vegetable salad
Recently, I like this lemon salad. I wash the dishes and put them in the refrigerator before going to bed at night. I get up in the morning to cut them. Adding lemon is especially refreshing. This dish can eat four kinds of vegetables, and lemon juice and olive oil are used instead of high-calorie salad dressing, which is very healthy! It feels good to eat green vegetables! Using lemon instead of white vinegar makes the sour taste softer and full of lemon fruit fragrance. Personally, I like something sour, which makes me feel fuller.
1. After all the vegetables are washed, the lettuce is torn into small pieces by hand, diced tomatoes, peeled cucumbers and diced celery.
2. Put all the cut vegetables into a large bowl, and add olive oil, black pepper and salt.
