Although people's desires are varied, they certainly all want one thing, health. There is no doubt that the easiest way to keep healthy is to eat a balanced diet.
Twenty years ago, everyone was talking about how to fill their stomachs, and meat was considered a luxury. Who would have thought that millions of people would be called "vegetarians" now? Vegetarians believe that no meat is a perfect recipe, and it also protects animals and the environment. This is absolutely correct, but are they complicated?
Too much meat will increase the risk of many "modern" diseases, however, there are still many problems. As we all know, the basic substance of living things is protein. Without it, our bodies can't function normally. The most effective way to eat protein is to eat meat. If you have never eaten too much meat, when you enjoy your favorite dish, of course there is meat, don't hesitate.
Another reason why I don't appreciate vegetarianism is that we are not monks. What does that mean? Monks spend most of their time sitting and chanting, and energy doesn't seem to matter. Nevertheless, for most of us, we have to study, work, travel long distances, have a tired day, and then energy is not dispensable. Compared with vegetables, meat provides unparalleled energy. Ask a vegetarian if they are tired. Maybe they won't say so, but in fact they are. Want to be an athlete? Don't dislike meat.
As an important part of the food chain, human beings are not herbivores. Yes, we regret killing animals, but it's natural. If we don't have meat, the whole food web may be destroyed, which will inevitably lead to a disastrous consequence, which we can't bear.
Everything has two sides. When we know the harm of eating meat, it doesn't mean that we must reduce our intake, but we should balance meat and vegetables. What I want to say is to balance our diet.
