First, an overview.

This billboard project belongs to three billboards. The three-sided billboard structure is an angle steel composite truss, and the columns are made of steel pipes with the diameter of1.5m.. The installation quantity of three-sided billboard steel structure is about 20 T, of which the steel pipe part is about 8 T and the signboard truss is about 12T. The main materials used are ∠90×6, ∠56×4 and ∠40×4. See the construction layout for the location of billboards.

Second, the billboard production

1. Production preparation

According to the materials shown in the construction drawings, the corresponding steel shall be used, and the steel shall have a quality certificate. When there is doubt about the quality of steel, sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the current relevant national standards.

Connecting materials and coating materials used in steel structure engineering should have factory quality certificates and meet the design requirements. The welding materials and bolts used shall meet the design requirements and relevant standards.

Tools needed for lofting: ruler, chalk, chalk line, marking needle, compass, iron scissors, etc. It should be prepared and checked by the survey department.

The lofting will pop up the detailed drawing on the template, and the ratio is 1: 1 (5 mm cutting allowance is reserved).

2. Steel pipe rolling

Manufacturing process and technical requirements:

(1) lofting. First calculate the circumference of the steel plate coil, and then discharge it directly.

⑵ Pipe rolling processing

A steel pipe should be rounded during rolling, and the arc length of the template used for rounding should be1/6-1/4 of the circumference of the pipe; Intermittent joints between formwork and inner arm of pipe shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The longitudinal seam of butt joint shall not be greater than 10℅ wall thickness plus 2mm, and shall not be greater than 3mm;;

2 The longitudinal seam of butt joint 200mm away from the pipe end shall not be greater than 2 mm;

③ Other parts shall not be greater than 2mm;;

B the offset of the inner wall of the coil butt weld shall not exceed 10℅ of the wall thickness and shall not be greater than 3mm.

C the vertical deviation between the end face of the coil and the center line should not be greater than 1℅ of the pipe outer diameter, and should not be greater than 3mm, and the flatness deviation should not be greater than 65438 0 mm/m.

(3) Coil welding

Coil pipe welding groove adopts Y-shaped or V-shaped groove, and the groove size must meet the design and specification requirements.

B groove processing adopts oxyacetylene flame processing method. After machining, remove the oxide scale, slag and surface layer that affect the quality of the groove surface, and smooth the uneven part.

C welding quality requirements:

Secondary butt weld of coil pipe, ultrasonic inspection, spot check 20%;

Other fillet welds are Grade III;

Acceptance standard GB 50205-2001+0

D Manual welding, using J422 covered electrode, conforming to GB/ 1 14957-94 standard.

(4) coil rust removal

When there is no requirement in the drawing, mechanical derusting shall be adopted for coil pipe derusting, and it is required to thoroughly remove all impurities such as grease, scale and rust on the metal surface and clean the surface.

5] Coil pipes shall be assembled and welded in 6m sections in the coiling workshop, and assembled into a whole after being pulled to the site, and then hoisted.

(6) Anticorrosion of coil pipe

Anticorrosion construction of coil coating shall be carried out according to the following requirements:

1) pipeline anticorrosion should be carried out in sunny days, the construction environment temperature is 15 ~ 30℃, and the construction is well ventilated to make the paint film fully dry. Don't apply the second coat of paint until the first coat of paint is finished. After all the coatings are finished, they generally need to be naturally dried for more than seven days and nights before they can be used. Outdoor construction is not allowed in rainy, foggy and snowy days.

2) After anticorrosion, each layer shall be inspected, and the coating shall be free of pinholes, bubbles, flowing, wrinkles and damage, otherwise it shall be treated.

3) The coating construction method adopts manual brushing. When you brush, you should stagger the layers and repeat each layer. The coating shall be uniform and shall not be omitted.

4) After the coil pipe is installed, it is necessary to repair the interface, transportation and installation damage and prevent corrosion. The structure and material of the coating shall be the same as that of the original pipeline. Soil, oil, rust, etc. The joint repair and wound repair should be cleaned and treated with steel gray.

3. Fabrication of billboard truss

Setting out shall be carried out according to 1: 1. Angle steel shall be cut by oxyacetylene flame to remove scale, slag and surface layer affecting quality on the cut surface, and the uneven part shall be polished and leveled.

After lofting and blanking, it will be assembled into large blocks in our production site according to the drawings, then pulled to the installation site, and then assembled and formed according to our hoisting ideas.

Third, the billboard installation

Three-side installation sequence: pipe winding column hoisting → billboard skeleton field assembly → billboard skeleton hoisting → billboard skeleton and pipe winding column welding → lamp holder and other components installation.

Single-sided installation sequence: column hoisting → billboard skeleton installation → billboard bridge deck installation → sporadic component installation.

1. Basic review and pay-off.

Before construction, organize relevant technicians and surveyors to recheck the foundation, and the foundation meets the following requirements:

(1) The foundation surface shall be smooth, and there shall be no cracks, honeycombs and exposed tendons.

(2) According to the construction drawing, check the outline size and center line of the foundation. The transverse centerline of the foundation shall be perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline.

The deviation of foundation size is not more than 20mm.

The deviation between the vertical and horizontal center line of the foundation and the baseline is not more than 20 mm

2. Preparation before installation.

(1) Be familiar with the drawings, organize relevant technicians to analyze the factory building structure, and arrange the construction technology and scheme reasonably.

② wire rope preparation

According to this plan and the component weight given by the budget department, wire rope buckles, snap rings and cable wind ropes are prepared for hoisting, and the selection of wire rope buckles for hoisting can be estimated according to the following methods:

3. Precautions for field team hoisting:

○ 1 Cranes and transport vehicles need to occupy one lane, and relevant procedures should be handled with relevant departments in advance.

2. If the hoisting will damage some lawns and small trees, the site team should go through the relevant formalities with the relevant departments in advance.

3 occupy the road, set up eye-catching signs at both ends of the occupied road, and hold people accountable.

4, column hoisting

Coiled pipes are assembled and welded in sections of 6m in the coiling workshop, transported to the installation position by10t semi-trailer, assembled into a whole after arriving at the site, and loaded and unloaded by16t truck crane. The site assembly location is selected in the open space next to the installation location, and then it is hoisted.

Due to the good standing conditions of the billboard installation position, the turning radius is 7 meters, the lifting height is 19 meters, and the pipe winding column weighs about 8 tons. The whole winding pipe string can be hoisted in place with a 25-ton truck crane. Cable wind rope adjusts the verticality of the column, theodolite checks the installation verticality of the column く 10 mm, and the single-sided billboard column is light in weight and easy to hoist, so its installation verticality must be guaranteed.

5. On-site assembly of billboard skeleton

The billboard skeleton will be assembled into a whole after arriving at the site, and the site assembly position will be selected in a single lane (to reduce the damage to the lawn) and then hoisted.

After the column is hoisted, the billboard framework and brackets A, B and C are assembled into a whole on the ground of the installation position. Use 310t inverted chains to slowly lift the billboard skeleton and bracket into place, and the hanging point of the inverted chains is set at the top of the column.

During lifting, stop every 200mm to check whether the billboard frame is inclined, and continue lifting after adjustment until it reaches the installation position. The whole hoisting process is commanded by a special person, accompanied by the whistle of unified operation.

6. Billboard skeleton and column are welded together.

The frames of the three billboards are hoisted in place as a whole. After the alignment, the billboard frame is welded with the pipe winding column immediately, and the hook can be loosened only after the welding is firm.

When the frame of single-sided billboard is hoisted, it is necessary to reinforce the angle steel at the binding point.

7. Installation of lamp holder and other parts

Six, the construction safety requirements
