Steam bath washing method
Sauna is a fashionable and healthy leisure way. After sweating all over, the whole body is relaxed and tired, so many people who are nervous at work are quite good at it. However, medical experts warn that frequent sauna may become the chief culprit of male infertility. In Finland, the birthplace of sauna, the incidence of male infertility is quite high, which is not unrelated to the local people's love for sauna.

The temperature of testis is generally 3-4℃ lower than that of human body, so as to produce normal sperm. Sperm has strict requirements on temperature, which must be lower than body temperature to develop normally, while the temperature in sauna room is much higher than body temperature, which is not conducive to sperm growth, or leads to excessive decline of sperm vitality and infertility. According to clinical statistics, a considerable number of male infertility patients are caused by the testicular temperature being higher than the normal temperature. Director Zheng of Shanghai Marriott Hospital reminded that for unmarried and childless men, besides sauna, other factors that can increase testicular temperature should be avoided as far as possible, such as riding a bicycle for a long time, taking a hot bath, sitting for a long time, wearing tight jeans and so on.

Of course, it doesn't mean that you can never take a sauna. You might as well take a shower once in a while. If you have given birth to a child, you can enjoy it. Sauna still has a certain health care effect on human body: it can speed up blood circulation, completely relax muscles in all parts of the body, and achieve the purpose of eliminating fatigue and restoring vitality. At the same time, due to repeated hot and cold steaming and washing of the body, blood vessels continue to contract and expand, which can enhance the elasticity of blood vessels and prevent arteriosclerosis. At the same time, it has a certain health care effect on arthritis, lumbago, bronchitis and neurasthenia.

Bathroom number six:

Don't take a bath when you are hungry. When people are hungry, their blood sugar level is the lowest, so they can't guarantee calorie consumption when taking a bath. Therefore, when they are hungry, they are prone to dizziness and even shock.

Don't take a cold bath when sweating. Because cold water will over-stimulate nerve endings, causing pores to contract suddenly, it is easy to have symptoms such as capillary spasm. It is better to take a bath when sweating after exercise, or use hot water.

Bathing time should not be too long. If you take a bath for more than 1 hour in summer and more than half an hour in winter, the skin capillaries will be excessively dilated, and too much blood will flow to the body surface, leading to cerebral ischemia. Patients with cerebrovascular sclerosis, hypertension and heart disease may even go into shock.

It is not advisable to take a bath after meals. Taking a bath after a meal is not only bad for food digestion, but also increases the burden on the heart.

It is not advisable to bathe with strong alkaline soap. Strong alkaline soap or soap, such as ordinary laundry soap, will make the skin surface lose its acidity and reduce the bactericidal effect of the skin. So take a bath with neutral soap or boric acid bath soap.

Don't take a bath after drinking. After drinking and taking a bath, the stored glucose in the body will be consumed by physical activity in the bath, so the sugar content will be greatly reduced. At the same time, alcohol inhibits the normal activities of the liver and hinders the recovery of glucose storage in the body. Coupled with sweating and fluid loss during bathing, it is easy to cause insufficient effective circulating blood volume and lead to collapse.
