When I am greedy, I can drink some low-sugar cereal and honey herbal tea.

It is advisable to eat less at night. I saved all the rice, ate fruit and vegetable salad, replaced salad dressing with low-sugar original yogurt, and most importantly! Exercise! You have to do this! I turn hula hoop because I like this sport better … I start doing it half an hour after dinner. I turn around for half an hour until I sweat, and sometimes I lengthen the half-hour without sweating. Of course, you can also do your favorite sports. Badminton and skipping rope are ok. I recently found another good exercise, climbing stairs! Climbing two ladders, this exercise can also exercise a good-looking hip shape and consume fat on the legs!
